The first two pictures do not show immaculate beauty any more.

That made me thinking that it is probably rather difficult for You to identify these relics of ancient forgework.

To the advantage of the restoration every ornament was still at least found once on one of the wrought iron panels and thus made it possible for the Artist Blacksmith to forge new ornaments by following a model.

After many years I was finally able to take a photo of the wrought iron canopy belonging to the panels I restored so long ago.

I think it was worthwhile waiting.
